Japanese dressings Salad for Lunch

After a sleepless night due to stomach discomfort, i plan to have something light and appetizing.So i made a Japanese dressings salad where the dressing is sweet and sourish in taste.This is really easy to make.Let me share this new recipe with you guys here.

For me, i use all organic ingredients except the tuna.:)and you can skip the tuna if you are a vegetarian.

Ingredient:
1.Japanese cucumbers 3
2. beetroot 1
3. avocado half
4. green apple 1
5. Lotus fruit 1
6. some sunflower seeds
7. 1 can of japanese soy sauce tuna chunks
8. a few pieces of romanian salad leaves
9. Japanese dressings( Can be bought from japanese stores)


Methods:
1. Cut japanese cucumbers,beet root,avocado,green apple,lotus fruit into small chunks
2. cut the romanian salad leaves into small segments.
3. mix everything in a bowl and mix with japanese dressing(adequate amount)
4. add in tuna chunks and sprinkle the sunflower seeds to serve.


This is my first time in making this. The result is good.It is really nice and delicious.Hope you will like it!!!
