10 Grains rice with soup. Have you ever eaten this way?

Still remember that when i was a little girl, i just fancy soup very very much!!!!I like ABC soup(a soup that boiled with carrots,tomatoes,onions,potatoes and meat),fish balls soup,seaweed soup, bayam soup, lotus root soup and more. All these are Chinese soups.Unlike Westerner cream soup.

I am still a big fan of Soup!!!Then i miss the way i used to eat rice with soup. I used to mix the rice in the soup and easily i could eat two bowls of rice. I recently did it again and it taste equally good.The difference is that when i was small i ate white rice but now i eat 10 grains rice. In fact it tastes better as there are 10 different grains and the texture is better with 10 different texture when you chew it.:) There are many goodness eating 10 grains.

Multi grains rice are generally consists of red rice, black rice, barley, brown rice, buckwheat, flaxseed, millet, rye grain, sorghum, oatgroat and cornmeal. The more commonly multi grains rice that can be found in the market are 5 grains rice and 10 grains rice. Combination of grains are a good source of dietary fibre, iron, vitamins and carotene!
