Snip Graduation Make-up show

Yesterday, i did a make-up graduation show for SNIP. It was a tiring day but had a lot of fun too by meeting both old and new friends. Here is my make-up(advance make-up) by this lovely graduate make-up artist. We had a lot of chat during the make-up and hair do. Can you believe it took almost 5 hours for the make-up and hair do? It was tiring to sit for such a long time. However, i was lucky because both of us are chatty enough to make the clock ticked faster......So how do you opine on this make-up?acceptable??No?? When i took picture with my make-up artist for her graduation picture, this salesperson from the Photo shop, asked me a question,"Do You Feel Uneasy with this make-up?" Then i told her that i'm okay as this is an art. Then she said Models are really not easy to be!!I really agree with her!!!!!It is NEVER AN EASY JOB...We need to accept whatever make-up,hair-do or outfits.
However, there are a lot of pros too...where we can try different make-up,outfits and image while normal people don't. When models grow old, they will have collections of these kinda of pictures in their album.:) When we were waiting for the show to start, everyone was just too busy taking pictures!!!!People just don't wanna miss the opportunities to save this memories with their camera or phone. So did I, i just taken a few images here. This is a model for bridal make-up. I love the hat!
Now, i was in full outfit which is gold and black colour and with a very high hair accessories. I was so worried it may fall but fortunately it sticked well.:)
Dinner time!!!!We had these foods for dinner..The fruit tarts wre nice! The sushi were really awful:( Some models eat non stop!!and i was one of them!!!hahahhaha....Then some just abstained from foods...Guess they were worried that they might bloated!!:)i was lucky that my outfit wasn't tight..:)
Aha.......Here is the model in supercelebrity make-up..the outfit also very celebrity:P
Here is another supercelebrity make-up.His lips are sticked with swarozki crystals and he barely can talk.So no dinner for him.
Here is the cute mentos girls keep eating.........It was a great show and certainly I was knackered!!!!!!!

Goma ice-cream and green tea ice-cream
Wasabi Ice-cream(MY favourite)
Mix Seafoods and Vegetables Tempura
Grilled Prawns in garlic sauce and fish roe(highly recommended)
Sizzling chicken(Must eat if you are tori lover)
Kani Salad with house dressing

My aunties and Me....

We were sitting at the tatami area

After a relaxing Sunday, i started my day with an ABT Class in the gym. Then had scones at Delicious before lunch:)

Today, I tried new japanese restaurant called Sen Tsuru at Palm Spring Kota Damansara. We had actually asked the chef to recommend some of his signature dishes. So,we let the chef to decide what to eat. So,we had A kani salad as appetizer. The salad is quite appetizing and different from what i used to eat in others japanese restaurant.

Here came the second dish...It was a Sizzling chicken which was quite impressed! The hot sizzling effects and the sauce are really good.

The third dish was a sashimi boat with selections of raw butter fish, maguro(tuna),scallops and prawn with raw wasabi. This sashimi costs Rm100 which is quite reasonable. The sashimi were really fresh with nice food presentation too.:)

The 4th dish was a grilled prawn in garlic sauce with fish eggs. This is really good and highly recommended!1 stick of prawn costs Rm10.The sauce taste a bit similar to mayonnaise though...

The 5th Dish was a Seafood vege nabe which tastes very light and quite sweet. It is definitely better than the normal hotate miso soup i usually had. This nabe soup costs about RM38.This pot of soup can be distributed into 4 small bowls of soup.

The 6th dish was a seafoods and vegetables tempura which is not my choice. As i don't take fried foods. However, the comments for this food is good too.

Then we got three scoops of ice-cream for free. There were wasabi,Goma(black sesame) and green tea ice-creams.One scoop costs Rm8.After all, we got them for free:)

We had quite a bit of chat with the chef. He has been a japanese cuisine chef for 10 years at the age of 25. After having all the nice foods and nice services. The rating for this restaurant is good and worth a try!!:)

This restaurant is located at B-G 01,Block B, Jalan Persiaran Surian Palm Spring@Damansara P.J

Losing Weight is Every Girl's Lifetime Aim

Being a female,we never stop or forgetting our most important aim in our life which is losing weights or maintaining an ideal weights and a perfect vital stats.By controlling our calories intake, male stated that we don't know what is life and don't know how to enjoy life!It is really funny....When i was out with my male friends they tend to point and laugh at overweight female. Isn't that funny??Male think we should eat everything but in another hand they want to look at nice figure.are they really such perfect thing in life?Yes, there may be some people who wouldn't get fat even they savoring into foods! But how many of us are that lucky?

Some female friends of mine control their eating by just a meal a day. Some, consume diet pills to help them to boost their metabolism rate or kill their cravings for foods, some have replacement meals and some would desperately do exercises and much more own designed plan. After all, which is the most effective way to have an ideal weight?

For my opinion,i think an ideal weight is important to maintain a good body health. I basically believe in eating right and balance foods and with some exercises and most importantly is enough of sleep.I eat more vegetables, fruits and less meat.I'm lucky as i fancy vegetables and fruits where they are low calories as compared with other foods.I also don't fancy fried foods.Though i may eat a lot but they are healthy.Besides,i also like to do yoga and some running. Those are my ways to keep an ideal weight.:)

What are the tips in losing weights or maintaining your weights?

1)Eat more vegetables and fruits,Lower your carbohydrates intake
2)Regular exercises(Mixture of stretching,cardiovascular and muscles exercises)at least 3 times a week
3)Sufficient hours of sleep and water intake to maintain our liver health(This is important as liver acts as filter to throw away all the dirty stuffs in our body.If the liver isn't healthy, it tends to store fat )in hence,we tend to grow fat easily is our liver is not healthy.
4)Try to substitute to consume less sugar foods if you have sweet tooth!I have sweet tooth too...so i will drink sweet honey lemon instead or make flower tea with honey.:)

Hope these would be helpful. If u have any effective ways..please share with me!!Thank you!!!

Some things may not be scientifically provable, they can still be true nonetheless...

Still remember that that day had a torrent rainfall out of sudden when a few of my aunties and I on the way to a home-based prayers place. However, what was the reasons to drive us there? My aunties wanted to get an answer and solutions to help their helpless children.I was full of curiosity. There are actually a lot of these kind of home-based chinese temple in Malaysia where they provide a service where we can actually communicate with GODS. Certainly, we can't see the real God in front of us! We believe that Gods actually well-chosen some humans who actually have some extraordinary power and also suitable physical body conditions for GOD to use their bodies a s a medium to start a conversations with human beings.Perhaps, this sounds a bit foolish but some of the results were really effective!

Some toddlers may not get well even they see so many doctors but once seeing one of this GOD,amazingly...they healed!!!However, not all are GENUINE. We need to be careful. Usually, you need to provide your Date of birth and time of birth and also your name in order for the GOD to calculate your fate and also for them to provide solutions to avoid the mishaps that might happen.BUT, to chinese Date of birth and time of birth are really intimate information. if these information fall into the wrong person, they may use this info to perform some BLACK MAGIC that may cause many many troubles in you. So,we need to be EXTRA careful.

So, back to this place where i went is a middle-aged lady and she probably just need 3 minutes for GOD to be in her!So, there was a stack of cards on her hand. then my aunties started to ask for solutions and she only required NAME and by providing the Name, she could actually told the attitudes of the name holder. Amazingly, they are quite TRUE!Imagine. that the name holders weren't there! Then she taught the ways to solve the current problems by prayers and provide some charms. The charges is really low. They just require a minimum charge of RM5.I hope the solutions will be real effective.:) Well...i will have a close observation to see any improvements in the chaotic problems.

Organic Vs Conventional Vegetables

Organic Vegetables from JUSTLIFE(full of small Holes)
The price range from Rm10-Rm15 per kg

People always ask me what is the meaning and definition of organic and the differences from conventional vegetables or foods.Main features of organic vegetables of foods are:

1) Organic farming severely restricts the use of artificial chemical fertilisers and pesticides.
2) Instead, organic farmers rely on developing a healthy, fertile soil and growing a mixture of crops.
3) Animals are reared without the routine use of drugs, antibiotics and wormers common in intensive livestock farming.

Besides, Synthetic dyes and ingredients such as Sudan1 can cause cancer, genetically modified (GM) crops and ingredients are not allowed under organic standards.

Organic vs. conventional grown vegetables - Why buy organic?
There are many good reasons to support organic as when we buy organic produced vegetables or foods, We are not only getting the benefits of health as organic produced are believed to have higher nutrients than conventional produced foods but we also help to preserve good soil and growing good crops on our mother earth. As an organic eater for more than 5 years now, I REALLY FEEL THE DIFFERENCES!Still remember that i used to visit doctors frequently before supporting organic. I feel the improvements in my health, skin conditions and also a healthy weight.Trust me..You don't need to spend loads of money on your supplements, beauty products and slimming package by eating organic foods.

However,we need to eat in balance way where we need all different types of foods. We need to try to consume different colours from foods.Include more vegetables and fruits in your diet.Afterall, choosing organic or conventional is your choice and you will never going to feel the differences until you try it yourself.

Where to buy organic vegetables and foods?

1)You can get them at most of the supermarkets like Jusco,Tesco,Giant,Carrefour,Cold Storage and Etc.
2) Organic Chain stores like Just Life ,Country Farm and small organic stores around residential area.

My preference to buy vegetables is JustLife as the vegetables are really fresh and from good suppliers!
