Tofu and mushrooms Sundubu

Sundubu is a korean dishes. It is a spicy miso soup with tofu and seafoods. For me, i alter the ingredients without seafoods. I love sundubu very much. i would order this every time i dine-in korean restaurant. I just craved for this out of sudden and i am lucky that i have organic silken soft bean curd,mushrooms and cabbage. MOST IMPORTANT INGREDIENT is the korean chilli paste to make the soup!
It is so so so YUMMY!!I finished the whole bowl!!:)
Here is the chilli paste i bought from LOTTE world. It costs bout RM15 which can make 4-5 times.

Let me share the recipe!

Ingredients:
some shitake mushrooms
somebunameiji mushrooms
1 packet of Enoki mushrooms
1 onions(cut into small cubes)
some cabbage(shredded)
1 egg(optional)
1 box of tofu

Methods:
Firstly, fried onions till soft and add in all the mushrooms and cabbage
Then, add in 1 big spoonful of korean chilly paste, then add in a bowl of water
Eventually, add in tofu and 1 egg and some salt to taste.
