Each A CuP, My new favourite!

I love bubble tea!I used to drink it quite often when it was first introduced in Malaysia. Bubble pearl tea is originated from Taiwan. This Bubble milk tea has black pearl(tapioca ball)in it which makes it unique. The pearl has a chewy texture which wins over a lot of youngsters heart.

I am definitely one of em!*wink* wink* Since then, this drink is widely sold at shopping malls, hawker centers and night markets here! Certainly, they carry certain brand on its own. Due to the popularity of this drink, there are more choices like assorted jellies, aloe vera cubes, yoghurt balls(where when you bite the ball it will burst out yoghurt drinks) and etc. to be added into the bubble tea.

However, i find no different.......BUT recently i found this stall which sells juice form of bubble tea(usually others will use powder form) As you can see from the picture above, you can see their specialities! The very first time i tried this, i immediately fell in love with their ALMOND MILK Pearl tea!Yummy Yummy!:)
This is Each A Cup Stall at Tropicana Mall @ SS2(Kuala Lumpur). They don't have many stalls in Malaysia at this moment. They are originally from Singapore and definitely they have a lot of stalls in Singapore. Hope you can have a try!

*sigh* I wasn't that good in taking care of my teeth before BUT now I care!!If i don't? I will end up wearing Fake teeth before i get old!!:(*sob*sob*) Recently, i went to see dentist and i really have some phobia towards dentist. Maybe due to the sickening sounds from their gadgets!

So, the dentist checked my teeth and i have too much of cavities!!!!!:( so SAD....but luckily...it isn't too late to take care my teeth now. Dentist advised me to use dental floss everyday. I Never used dental floss in my life!!! Erm...why??because when i was small, i heard that dental floss will make my in between gap of the teeth get wider!!!so i dare not to use dental floss nor toothpick.

So, i asked the dentist about this thought that i had since young. Then, the dentist told me that I should choose the right brands. She actually advised me to use Oral-B or Colgate Dental floss where it is very thin floss and wouldn't widen the gap. So i hope whoever who has wrong thought like I did, Please have second thoughts and start to use Dental Floss to save Your Teeth!

Tempeh Salad Recipe

What is tempeh? Tempeh is is made from whole soybeans, and possesses all the health benefits of soybeans. Due to the fermentation process of tempeh, it changes the properties of the soybeans.

What are the benefits of tempeh?

1. It has high fiber content which is more than one people consume a day!

2. Tempeh is also easy to digest.Tempeh is a great choice for people who have difficulty digesting plant-based high-protein foods like beans and legumes or soy foods such as tofu. The process of fermentation makes the soybeans softer, since enzymes produced by the mould predigests a large portion of the basic nutrients. The Rhizopus moulds produce an enzyme phytase which breaks down phytates, thereby increasing the absorption of minerals such as zinc, iron and calcium.
The fermentation process greatly reduces the oligosaccharides that make beans hard to digest for some people. Studies have shown tempeh to be essentially non-flatulent and producing no more gas than non-legume food.

3. Tempeh is contains very low-sodium!Unlike miso which has high contain of sodium.

4. Contains natural antibiotics

5. Good for diabetic patients who tend to have problems with animal source of protein. The protein and fiber in tempeh can also prevent high blood sugar levels and help in keeping blood sugar levels under control.

Isn't tempeh amazing food?? However, this food is only famous among Malay. :(

Here is the tempeh salad i made and with the salad dressing I invented!Looks good?
I added toasted peanuts and sesame to make the salad has some crunchy bites!

Ingredients:

1. 2 slice of purple cabbage
2. half cucumber
3. 100 grams of turnip
4. half carrots

All the vegetables are shredded.

For the tempeh, cut into small pieces and bake in an oven for about 10 minutes,

Then mix all the vegetables, nuts and tempeh with salad dressing. It is really a healthy food!!
Give it a try!!

This is a version of salad dressing that I made. It has the sour, sweet and spicy taste.Quite an appetizing dressing. Dressing plays the most important role in a salad. I like plum and pineapple. This is because of the distinctive sourish taste they have in them.
This is the sour plum sauce i used. It is pure and natural plum sauce. It is a product from Taiwan. I got this from organic shop. The normal plum sauce costs about Rm7 for this size but this plum sauce is RM70. It has really pure taste of sour plum. I love this product very much.

Mum's Seafood Noodle House

Today, i went to a new place to try their foods. It is located at The Strand, Kota Damansara. It is quite a cozy place serving variety of foods. Besides noodles, they serve rice with selections of dishes from vegetables to meats. Price wise? It is quite reasonable.
here are some of the pictures of their dishes. Look quite nice isn't it?
Their lunch set is quite value for money. There are three choices. The set comes with a drink and a dessert. Price from RM13.80 to RM 18.80.
Here is the address and telephone number of the place.
However, i ordered an ala - carte as i don't really fancy other seafoods. So i ordered a Garoupa Fish slices meehoon. Taste wise? It is really tasty especially the milky flavour. Nah, the fish meehoon(rice vermicelli) soup in Malaysia has evaporated milk in it. This makes a distinctive smooth flavor!!!Without milk? I opine that it wouldn't be that distinctive! I finished the whole bowl of soup!!!However, i drank two glasses of herbal tea afterwards. I suppose that the soup contains too much msg in it!!!!!
This is the Seafoods Pan Mee(another famous local foods in Malaysia). This Noodle is handmade with flour, salt and eggs. This taste equally nice with fresh seafoods in it.
This is the seafoods meehoon that without milk in the soup. They added wine into the soup. If you don't like milk, this will be your choice.
Penang Lobak(Rm8.80++) is made with pork meats and some vegetables and spices. A popular foods from Penang(Malaysia) This is recommended!

Seafoods Combo Fish Head Meehoon with milk.

This is another place that you can try up!! Have a nice day!
