Adzuki beans soup recipe

I always crave for sweet foods.Im basically a sweet tooth and i always like to make my own version of dessert as i feel the desserts sold outside either too sweet or the texture is not suitable for my taste.

I'm a fan of red bean. I usually use adzuki beans from Japan to cook red beans soup.People in Malaysia always like to cook red bean soup with pandan leaves. For me, i use sweetened tangerine. Here is my version of red bean soup.Let me share the recipe here.

Ingredients:

300grams adzuki beans/red beans
1 litre of water
brown sugar(depends on your taste)
3 sweetened tangerine

Method:
1.Pre soaked the red beans over night. So the red beans can be cooked till soft easily.
2. Cook the red beans in water and tangerine for 1 hour. Then add in sugar.

What is Life?

I can feel the fragrance of the greens and the morning breeze this morning. It is a fantastic morning with nice sleep yesterday and good breakfast. After breakfast, i really feel like writing about this topic...What is life? The definition is really vast and differ from one individual to another.

Many young people finds that my life is dull and perhaps Lifeless!but for me, i fell that my life is SAVORY,tranquil and i see my life like a field of daisies.:) Just because that i don't go out at night to the clubs doesn't mean i don't know how to enjoy life and I don't fancy meat doesn't mean that i miss out something in life too.

I find that many people only treasure their health when illness looking for them. Then they started to realize that they shouldn't worked that hard, shouldn't eaten too much of those plump and juicy meat and shouldn't forget about exercise. They wished they could turn back the clock.Humans are greedy. We hope that we can get everything we want without sacrificing. We want to eat everything without affecting our health and weight. We want to play and spending our sleeping time enjoying parties but without affecting our beauty and health. We want to work harder to earn more money without pressure. When a person who attacked by illness, he/she may realize that life isn't what they thought before.

i have met many cancer victims. They started to have organic diets, exercise without fail and sleep on time and they share their thought with everyone and hope to make people realize how important is health so that people wouldn't go on the path they been through. The pain of illness is unbearable for people who has weak will in them.People will start to take care of their health only when there is no other OPTION.

After all, we do have a choice...Moderation is the key. You may party, eat the foods you like and still have an overall good health. There are 7 days in 1 week. enjoy your party once a week and enjoy your foods twice a week. That is just an idea.:)However, enjoy or not is up to your imagination and thoughts.

So,what is life??after i written so much of health! For me Life is the ability to do something that you like and want in no restraints. But without health,do you think you can do it? Life is happiness and peacefulness. Do not ever think that you would be happy when you are rich.Only a person who is rich in soul will be happy!

Just a little bit of changes in your lifestyle and thinking will bring you a better life...why not??

Sorry,if my topic keep you boring!!!:)

Snip Graduation Make-up show

Yesterday, i did a make-up graduation show for SNIP. It was a tiring day but had a lot of fun too by meeting both old and new friends. Here is my make-up(advance make-up) by this lovely graduate make-up artist. We had a lot of chat during the make-up and hair do. Can you believe it took almost 5 hours for the make-up and hair do? It was tiring to sit for such a long time. However, i was lucky because both of us are chatty enough to make the clock ticked faster......So how do you opine on this make-up?acceptable??No?? When i took picture with my make-up artist for her graduation picture, this salesperson from the Photo shop, asked me a question,"Do You Feel Uneasy with this make-up?" Then i told her that i'm okay as this is an art. Then she said Models are really not easy to be!!I really agree with her!!!!!It is NEVER AN EASY JOB...We need to accept whatever make-up,hair-do or outfits.
However, there are a lot of pros too...where we can try different make-up,outfits and image while normal people don't. When models grow old, they will have collections of these kinda of pictures in their album.:) When we were waiting for the show to start, everyone was just too busy taking pictures!!!!People just don't wanna miss the opportunities to save this memories with their camera or phone. So did I, i just taken a few images here. This is a model for bridal make-up. I love the hat!
Now, i was in full outfit which is gold and black colour and with a very high hair accessories. I was so worried it may fall but fortunately it sticked well.:)
Dinner time!!!!We had these foods for dinner..The fruit tarts wre nice! The sushi were really awful:( Some models eat non stop!!and i was one of them!!!hahahhaha....Then some just abstained from foods...Guess they were worried that they might bloated!!:)i was lucky that my outfit wasn't tight..:)
Aha.......Here is the model in supercelebrity make-up..the outfit also very celebrity:P
Here is another supercelebrity make-up.His lips are sticked with swarozki crystals and he barely can talk.So no dinner for him.

Lunch @ Sen Tsuru Japanese Restaurant

Goma ice-cream and green tea ice-cream
Wasabi Ice-cream(MY favourite)
Mix Seafoods and Vegetables Tempura
Grilled Prawns in garlic sauce and fish roe(highly recommended)
Sizzling chicken(Must eat if you are tori lover)
Kani Salad with house dressing

My aunties and Me....

We were sitting at the tatami area

After a relaxing Sunday, i started my day with an ABT Class in the gym. Then had scones at Delicious before lunch:)

Today, I tried new japanese restaurant called Sen Tsuru at Palm Spring Kota Damansara. We had actually asked the chef to recommend some of his signature dishes. So,we let the chef to decide what to eat. So,we had A kani salad as appetizer. The salad is quite appetizing and different from what i used to eat in others japanese restaurant.

Here came the second dish...It was a Sizzling chicken which was quite impressed! The hot sizzling effects and the sauce are really good.

The third dish was a sashimi boat with selections of raw butter fish, maguro(tuna),scallops and prawn with raw wasabi. This sashimi costs Rm100 which is quite reasonable. The sashimi were really fresh with nice food presentation too.:)

The 4th dish was a grilled prawn in garlic sauce with fish eggs. This is really good and highly recommended!1 stick of prawn costs Rm10.The sauce taste a bit similar to mayonnaise though...

The 5th Dish was a Seafood vege nabe which tastes very light and quite sweet. It is definitely better than the normal hotate miso soup i usually had. This nabe soup costs about RM38.This pot of soup can be distributed into 4 small bowls of soup.

The 6th dish was a seafoods and vegetables tempura which is not my choice. As i don't take fried foods. However, the comments for this food is good too.

Then we got three scoops of ice-cream for free. There were wasabi,Goma(black sesame) and green tea ice-creams.One scoop costs Rm8.After all, we got them for free:)

We had quite a bit of chat with the chef. He has been a japanese cuisine chef for 10 years at the age of 25. After having all the nice foods and nice services. The rating for this restaurant is good and worth a try!!:)

This restaurant is located at B-G 01,Block B, Jalan Persiaran Surian Palm Spring@Damansara P.J
